The continuous production of items is guaranteed, we have two or more machines for each treatment.
Laser Cutting
5 machines CO2 laser cutting, with powers from 100 to 400watts with different workarea to 1500x3000mm. We also have laser Nd: Yag for laser engraving
Thermoformed
By 2 stations vacuum forming performed. Previously we have decorated with screen printing or digital printing.
Digital Printing
3 machines wiht solvent and UVI inks.
We can print solid and flexible surfaces, wood, metal and acriliyc.
LED Lighting
LED technology offers exceptional durability without maintenance. We incorporate LED lighting parts in all kind of POP Display.
CNC Milling
It’s ideal for edge trimming thermoformed and molded plastic plus composite parts.
Electronic
Increasingly, creative studies are more demanding. In PRP incorporate all types of mobile elements, sound devices and led lights. All electronic boards designed by ourselves.
